On the recommendation of Alexandre Benois, Serge Diaghilev invites Natalia Goncharova to Paris in 1914, to work on the production of ‘Le Coq d’Or’ composed by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov.
Aside from their work on theatre and ballet productions Natalia Goncharova and Mikhail Larionov organise an exhibition at the gallery of Paul Guillaume, which gained favourable reviews in the Parisian press.
